WIX Website Template Information
HOW WE TRANSFER THE WEBSITE
1. Upon purchase, we will be in contact about transferring your website template via Etsy messages within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
In order for us to move forward with transferring your website please complete the next steps on our website for registering your purchase: https://www.xoxowebsitesandbranding.com/website-setup
2. Once you complete the form at the link above with your WIX account information, within 72 business hours, you will receive an email from Wix (to the email that you registered) asking you to accept the invitation for your site ownership.
3. Please click on the email to accept the invitation within 3 days of receiving the email from WIX or we will need to re-start the process!
Once the website transfer has been sent, we will send the confirmation to you via Etsy messages so you know to accept the transfer.

WEBSITE EDITING DISCLAIMER
Your purchase prices covers the duration and scope of the creative process behind this individual package. NO editing services are included with the template. After the template is transferred, you are fully responsible to connect and edit your website. Please read further to learn more about associated fees with connecting your website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - WIX
This website will be built on Wix and requires you to have a Wix account for us to transfer the template to. Wix charges a fee in order to connect to your own domain and remove Wix ads from your website. This fee is additional, is not included in your purchase from me and is paid to Wix.
If you already have a Wix account with a paid plan, you do not have to re-upgrade your Wix website again but you will have to re-assign the premium plan to your new website once we get the new template transferred to your account.
Please note that it is not possible to transfer your current Wix website content, info, photos, menus etc. over to the new website you purchase from us. Blog posts also do not transfer over, you will have to either start over or manually add them onto your new website.

Our designs are copyrighted by Simply Darling Style.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Simply Darling Style owns the property rights to all designs, graphics and any other files included in your design.
You are prohibited from sharing or duplicating the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users. Designers are prohibited from claiming our themes as their own and promoting them as original work.
All photographs used in demo sites are not for use with any live website. Photographs and clipart provided in these demo sites are copyrighted and protected by other respected parties. Please be sure to replace all demo photographs.
By purchasing this listing you agree that you will not resell, distribute, or share these files with anyone. The intention is for this item to be used only one time per purchase/business. If you would like to use this item more than one time, additional purchases are be required.
