Digital Design Information and Terms of Use

Prior to purchasing a digital file from our shop, please read the following information about our designs! When you purchase a digital design, you are agreeing that you understand the following terms and will abide by them.

HOW IT WORKS – 3 EASY STEPS!

  1. After purchasing the listing, please download the file we’ve provided on how you can access your files instantly. You will receive an email shortly (usually immediately) from Corjl with a link to access and edit your file after creating a Corjl account.

  2. Edit your purchased files and save your completed designs.

  3. Download your files and print, email or post!

HOW LONG WILL YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PURCHASED FILES?

You will have 90 days from when you purchase a digital design to edit & download your files. With most of our designs you will be able to edit one time, and will able to download as many times as you need during those 90 days. You will not be able to edit the design multiple times within that window and will need to re-purchase the design if you wish to change it. 

Designs that can be edited multiple times during the 90 days include:

- Address Labels
- Wedding/ Event Table Numbers
- Wedding/ Event Place Cards
- Wedding/ Event Programs
- Wedding/ Event Menus
- Wedding/ Event Seating Charts

 If you have purchased an invitation and the date of the event has changed, please contact us so that we can help you re-gain access to the design. This helps us prevent our designs from being misused.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR DIGITAL FILES

Please note that you will not receive anything in the mail. The customer is responsible for all customization & text changes of your files, not Simply Darling Style. You are paying for the creative services and time spent designing these items and for instant access to our software for self-editing. If you need assistance customizing your file, we would love to help you for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

PRINTING YOUR DESIGNS

Our designs are created to either print at home, or for you to take to your favorite professional printer. Most designs allow for a JPG download and a PDF file (which can print multiple per page). Our logo designs include PNG files with transparent backgrounds.

If you are sending your file to be professionally printed, please be sure to select “Show Bleed” so that you get an extra margin of design around the border to prevent text and graphics from being cut off.

DEMO THE DESIGNS

We provide a complimentary demo link for all of our digital designs. Some elements of each design may not be editable. Please try before purchasing to ensure satisfaction with our product. We DO NOT offer refunds. Changes made in the demo mode will NOT be saved or transferred to the purchased version of this product. Upon ordering, you will receive a new file to edit & save from Corjl.com.

PERSONAL USAGE AGREEMENT

  • By purchasing this listing you agree that you will not resell, distribute, or share these files with anyone. The intention is for this item to be used only one time per purchase/business. If you would like to use this item more than one time, additional purchases are required.

  • You agree to not resell, distribute, or share these files with anyone.

  • Your use of these digital products are approved for a one-time personal use only.

  • You are purchasing and paying for the time it took to create this package for you.

  • The intention is for it to be used only one time.

  • You are not purchasing the clip art that is included as that legally belongs to its respected parties.

  • To help us monitor illegal use of our designs, we set a limit on downloads.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT

You may not make profit from these designs or sell them as your own. If you submit a party to be featured on a party website or magazine, proper credit must be given (so please tag us, we would LOVE to celebrate with you!). Appropriate credit includes my shop name and a link to my website – www.simplydarlingstyle.com.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All monitors display color differently; please take this into consideration when placing your order. If printed professionally, colors will be darker than shown. Simply Darling Style is not responsible for color variations in the designs, thanks for understanding!

COPYRIGHT

All images and fonts used in the design process were purchased for commercial use, created by me or are free and these items are not licensed products. Simply Darling Style does not sell or claim ownership over these images, graphics, characters or fonts; they belong to their respective copyright owners.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to the nature of this product and it being an instant download, no refunds, returns or exchanges are provided. If you have any issues with the product, please contact me directly.

LOGO USAGE AGREEMENT

We are proud to offer easy-to-edit logo designs to help get your business up and running! Please review our terms and conditions about these designs that you agree to upon ordering a pre-made logo.

WITH YOUR LOGO YOU MAY:

  • Use my designs to print at home or through professional printing sources for your own personal use.

  • Use your logo in Business Card Design, Stationery, Website Graphics, Advertising, printing on your clothing items, Stickers, Mugs, Mouse Pads, Banners, Signs, etc., so long as it is for personal use only.

  • This is your logo, please use it anyway you desire to brand your business.

WITH YOUR LOGO YOU MAY NOT:

  • Reuse this logo design for another business (you must re-buy the listing)

    You may not resell any products with your logo design on it in any way, shape, or form, to anyone. This includes POD sites such as Zazzle, etc. even if it is only for personal use where other people may have access to the designs for themselves.

  • You may not redistribute my product.

  • You may not tamper with my product or degrade it.

  • You may not take my work and pass it off as your own.

  • You may not crop out designs on anything of mine and put it on yours.

  • You may not share my digital files/designs with anyone.

  • Commercial use of any products (example: taking a graphic image purchased from Simply Darling Style. and placing it on fabric or wallpaper to resell) is strictly prohibited.

ADDITIONAL COPYRIGHT INFO FOR LOGOS

  • Premade Logos and Graphic Designs are resold, they are NOT exclusive.

  • You may not trademark your logo design. – All logo designs are owned by the designer Simply Darling Style.
